Terms
These terms cover clip purchases on Water & Power Clips (clips.water-and-power.com). They are specific to one-off downloadable clip sales and apply in addition to the main Water and Power site terms.
What you are buying
Each purchase is a one-time licence to download a specific clip, in the resolution you bought, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or otherwise share the files.
Download window
Purchased clips are available to download for 7 days after purchase. Please keep your own copy: once the window closes the download link expires, though the purchase stays in your account history.
Age, and where you are
Water & Power Clips sells sexually explicit material intended solely for adults. By purchasing you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher; that material of this kind is legal to access, possess and view in your jurisdiction; and that you are not accessing this site from anywhere its content is prohibited. Knowing the law that applies to you is your responsibility. Access by minors is prohibited.
Some regions require documentary age verification, and where that applies we verify before granting access. Elsewhere the confirmation you give at checkout is the assertion we rely on.
Payment, refunds, and chargebacks
Clips are delivered as instant digital downloads, and access is granted the moment a purchase completes. All sales are final: by buying you accept immediate delivery of digital content and waive any right to withdraw or to a refund. If a clip will not download, or you were charged twice, contact support and we will put it right. See the refund policy for full details.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here always applies. Each purchase records the version in force when it was made, shown below.
